Description

The Belgium Public Procurement Act of 2017 requires that suppliers and sub-contractors comply with environmental, social and labour laws, and allows for failure to do so to be used as a ground for exclusion. The public buyer can require a specific label as evidence of human rights compliance for goods and services.
