Description | Article 45 of this law foresees that an economic operator must be disqualified from the procurement procedure if they are convicted by a final court decision for the offence of exploitation of minors’ labour and other forms of human trafficking. Likewise, in the standard tender documents, used by the contracting authorities in conducting their procurement procedures, there is a standard form “statement on guarantee of applicability of legal provisions in labour relations”, to be completed and signed by participating economic operators. |
