Description

The Office of the United States Trade Representative monitors and enforces countries’ adherence to worker rights criteria under trade preference programs, including the Generalized System of Preference, established by the Trade Act of 1974, African Growth and Opportunity Act, Caribbean Basin Initiative, and Haiti HOPE.
