Description

The plan seeks to apply the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights at a national level. The plan also takes into consideration the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development approved by the United Nations General Assembly, which invites companies to align their corporate business strategy with the development goals to seek added value that this may contribute to in developing countries. The plan contributes to strengthening the competitive advantage of Spanish companies in the global market and offers companies an optimal framework for developing their business operations, preventing and mitigating risks based on human rights and strengthening their capabilities in this regard.
